Welcome to the Summer Term page for Year 2. This term we will be focusing on plants and animal habitats in science, the Salt Line in history and looking forward to our residential to The Wingate Centre.

Homework
English and maths homework will be sent home on a Friday. The homework will be stuck into the children’s homework books. The books need to return to school on the following Wednesday.
P.E.
P.E. will continue to be on a Monday and a Friday afternoon. Please make sure you come to school in your P.E. kit on those days.
Weather
As the weather continues to improve, please can you send your child to school with a sun hat/ cap and a named bottle of suntan lotion, for your child to apply when it is necessary. A named water bottle should also be sent to school each day, with your child.
